These Policies & Procedures are designed to clearly explain how our services work, what clients can expect, and how to best prepare for a smooth notarization experience.
1. General Terms of Service

We provide notary public services only.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, legal interpretation, or document drafting unless explicitly stated as a non-legal document preparation service.

Clients are fully responsible for:

Understanding the contents of their documents

Ensuring documents meet the requirements of the receiving agency

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you understand the role of a notary as an impartial witness.
2. Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization.
For Remote Online Notarization (RON), additional identity verification methods may be required, including credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication.
Failure to provide acceptable identification will result in the appointment being unable to proceed and may still be subject to applicable fees.
3. Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to or at the time of service.

Remote Online Notarization services must be paid in full before the session begins.

Accepted payment methods include approved electronic payment options listed on our website.

Services will not be performed without confirmed payment.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans change. Please review the following:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Travel fees and time reserved are non-refundable once the notary is en route or the session start time has passed.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of notarial services:

Notary fees are non-refundable once a notarization has been performed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Documents rejected by third parties

Client errors or incomplete documents

Incorrect document selection

Failure to meet identification or signing requirements

If an error is made by the notary, we will take prompt corrective action at no additional charge.
6. Mobile Notary Travel & Mileage Policy

Mobile notarization is based on the federal rate of .70 per mile.

Wait time exceeding the scheduled appointment window may result in additional charges.

Please ensure all signers, documents, and identification are ready upon arrival.
7. Document Responsibility Disclaimer
Clients acknowledge that:

We do not review documents for legal sufficiency.

We do not guarantee acceptance by any agency, court, lender, or third party.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm document requirements before notarization.
8. Estate Planning Document Services Disclaimer
When estate planning documents are purchased through our website:

Notarization and applicable mileage are included as stated at checkout.

We do not provide legal advice regarding estate planning decisions.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the documents selected meet their personal needs.

Completed documents must be reviewed by the client prior to signing.
9. Remote Online Notarization (RON) Policy
For Remote Online Notarization services:

Clients must have a stable internet connection, a functioning camera, and audio capability.

Failed sessions due to technical issues on the client’s end may not be refundable.

RON sessions may be recorded and stored in accordance with state law and platform requirements.
10. Apostille Facilitation Disclaimer
Apostille services are facilitation services only.

Apostilles are issued solely by the appropriate government authority.

Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Rejections due to document errors, incorrect notarization, or agency requirements are not the responsibility of the notary.

Apostille fees, shipping, and government fees are non-refundable once submitted.
